I left some pizza dough out overnight and it rose into a big ball. I flattened it out the best I could and made a twelve inch pea and bacon pizza with it. It cooked up really nice and the crust is about two inches thick. It's some frigging good. The pizza in the picture looks tiny but that's because of the thick crust. I'm off to watch some tv. Mmmmm....Peas and bacon. Yum yum.
