It was quite warm out today. I worked up a good sweat taking the dog for her walks. My knee is still hurting like a SOB. I tried to pedal to the drugstore again but couldn't bend my knee enough to turn the pedals. At least I made it twice a far as yesterday, almost as far as my driveway. My father gave me some more Tylenol 3's. Hopefully I'll feal good enough to get there tomorrow. I'm off to watch some tv.

Would a knee support (like a bandage) help?
The brand sold in Jean Coutu (red package I think) is the cheapest I've seen.
Half the price of the stuff in Shoppers.
Actually I have a knee support and it is great. Unfortunately it hurts like hell to bend the knee even the tiniest bit.
