I think I had a good checkup with the pulimory doctor this morning. The air was nice and fresh pedalling uphill to the hospital and I got there all huffing and puffing. I bought some whole wheat bread and some spinach tortilla wraps on the way home. The spinach wraps taste a bit strange with peanut butter and jam in them. I'm going to try and be on the wagon for the next couple of weeks so I'm heading to the kitchen for another cup of watered down coffee with some hazlenut flavoured cream in it before. After that I'm off to sleep through a couple of tv shows.
