It was a long day. I got up around 5:00 am. We all met with my father's doctor. I guess my father has about a week to live. It's nice to see the family members gathered together but I much prefer Christmas over yesterday. My father was faced with the decision of dying peacefully or prolonging a painful existance. We all respect his decision. I have to compare losing both parents in such a short time to swallowing two tough pills with the same glass of water. It's tough to take both at once but probably easier than making two trips to the well and swallowing them seperately. In the evening I played on the puter and took a great nap on the couch. I'm off to watch some tv.
