I woke up stiff and sore this morning. I think I might have gotten a bit dehydrated through the night. I took my morning pills then started to get a bit spun out. I figured I'd better not drive and cancelled my trip to the food bank. I lived on the couch all day, watching tv, sleeping, and playing on the internet. I hope I feel better tomorrow. I have to buy Sammy some long overdue kitty litter. I'm off to watch some more tv.
