It's a rainy day here in metro Moncton. It looks like a good day to do some dishes and make some new brew or something. I weighed in at 245 pounds again today and have come to the conclusion that I'd better keep away from Jay Spook's barbeque for at least a few days. I'm off to find some breakfast.
