It looks like a nice day in metro Moncton. The birds are singing and a little dog is barking away. I weighed in at 247 pounds and doubt I'll reach my goal of 240 pounds by tomorrow. I'm on a water and carrot diet til Monday as an experiment. It looks like a good day to do the dishes or some laundry. I'm off to eat a carrot.
