Today was a good day. I was out pedalling on two different missions. If you add a couple of stops to the equasion then I got a hell of a lot done, at least for a guy who pedals a bike after a half dozen heart attacks. I'm not dead yet so I will keep walking, pedalling, or crawling as long as I can. Also, a few beer helped make the whole journey worthwile.

Thanks for the encouraging words. I'm not too lively today and only made it as far as the curb to put the garbage out.
