I had a fairly good doctor's appointment. My blood sugar and tryglicerides are up but I'm down a couple of pounds from my last visit. My doctor told me to lose ten pounds in the next six weeks. I think I'll do it just to prove I can. Mrs W says she's going to stop feeding me. I got some Tylenol 3's this afternoon and my knee feels way better. I'm off to watch some tv.
