I took my parent's dog for three walks today. Somehow in the last couple of days I think I somehow twisted my knee going up and the stairs and climbing over snow banks. It hurts like heck. Other than that all the fresh air did me some good. I played on the puter a lot and took a nap in the evening. I'm off to watch some tv.
