Today started off at about 5:30 am with a call from my father. My mother was off to the hospital. Sober as I was I almost fell down the stairs on my way over. It's dark at 5:30 am and I have good curtains (plus I forgot to turn on the light). I took the dog for four walks during the day and managed to take a trip to the beverage store. My father bought me some beer and I'm enjoying the beer immensly. I'm off for a much needed nap.
