It's a lovely day in the neighbourhood. I still can't find yesterday's post. Oh well, if I was perfect nobody could afford me. I weighed in at 248 pounds today and hope to weigh a lot less by Sunday. No steak or beer for me for awhile. I have to go for a short nap then get ready to pedal to cooking class for 2 pm.
