It's a lovely day in metro Moncton. Today I weighed in at 247 pounds. I'm lost here. Yesterday I drank beer and ate greasy KFC food and I lost a pound. A while back I had salad and ice water but gained weight. Something is not adding up here. Well, I'm off for a good download, a shower, breakfast, then a bike ride. The Crib King is off on tour.
