It looks like it's going to be another nice day in metro Moncton. My BP is 138/81 and I hope it will look better after I take my morning pills when I visit the doctor this afternoon. I got out and walked last night. The exercise felt good but I was a bit carboned up from Monday night's binge. Yesterday Jay Spook beat me at crib and Starry Skies beat me at Literati. The dishes are finally done with the exception of the frying pan still soaking. Somebody put the wrong burner on one morning and cooked the poor frying pan. I'm going to get some breakfast.
