I took the dog for a walk then went to the soup kitchen. I had two plates of rice, carrots, cauliflower, and salad. I also had two bowls of beef vegetable soup with seven and a half crackers, two rolls with butter, a coffee, and a glass of juice. I got quite full. After that I was off on a Whopper run for the neighbours. When I got home I took the dog for another walk then took a nap. Tonight at bowling our team kicked ass taking eight points from the other team. I'm tired and am off to sleep through some tv.
