It was another slow day at the market. I had better sales than last week. I went pedalling in the evening and got bitten a lot by mosquitoes. I'm off to bed.

I had a hospital appointment this morning. I was back home even before the scheduled time. I went out biking again tonight and covered a lot of ground. When I got home I got a surprise of an ice cream cake to commemmorate, commemborate, comemmorate, aww heck, to cremate my birthday last week. I cooled off with three pieces of it. I'm off to watch some tv and rest up for the market tomorrow.

I was out pedalling twice today. The first trip I got sunburned and on the second trip I got soaking wet in the rain. I'm on my best behaviour tonight as I have some medical tests to get done at the hospital tomorrow. I'm off to watch some tv.

Myself and Mrs W went to Deluxe for dinner today. After awhile she went back home. I love that gal as long as she isn't nitpicking.

Well, I made it to the Big 5-O. I'm having a pretty good birthday. I got lots of cards and presents. I went to the food bank and stocked up on food. I had a free dinner at Pizza Delight in Riverview and I'll honestly say the food was excellent. In a short time myself and Mrs W are going out to see a movie. I'd better change my clothes. Like they say in the Soviet "I hate to be Russian but I Moscow". See ya.

It was hot out today. I went to the open air market at Riverfront Park in Bristol. I had some birthday cake and ice cream at Mrs W's before gave me a drive back home. The drive home didn't seem to take too long. It's good to be back home.

Today I cut the grass. Later we went to Woodstock. After that we had a barbeque. I played on the puter a lot of the day and evening.

We went to Uncle Jim's to feed the cats. I cut the lawn and scared one of the racoons away. After that it was pizza for supper. While we were waiting for the pizza Mrs W went for a walk in the park I snuck across the street to the beer store to buy a beer. I knew it closed at 8:00 PM but was surprized to find out that it already was after 8:10 PM. Later we went to Mrs W's mother's place. After we went to the data center and I got to very briefly play with the AS-400 system.

It was a good day for pedalling. I was out three times. The first trip was a waste to Social Servives and was a waste of time as I really got nothing done. My second trip was to the collective kitchen. We cooked some good food there. The third trip out was around the neighbourhood for some exercise and fresh air. With all the pedalling I missed my usual afternoon nap. I'm off to watch some tv.

It was a good day for biking. I went out a couple of times. The air was fresh and I don't recall seeing any misquitoes. I think I got a bit more sunburn as I feal the heat on my face and arms. Someday I'll get smart and wear some suntan lotion. I'm off to Moncton.net to see how things are going then I'm off to watch some tv.

I had a not so good doctor appointment today. The doctor told me to eat less, get exercise, and lose weight. After that I pedalled to the Dieppe Superstore and got some Bits And Bites and exercise. I'm off to watch some tv.

I biked over to Riverview today. It was quite a warm pedal. I got my prescriptions and got almost $35.00 back in Superbucks (Superstore money). That made my day. I got a sunburn and can sure feel it right now. I'm off to watch some tv.

My brother and myself pedalled to the bottle exchange today. We got enough money for a few beer. Later we had a barbeque. I think I'm pedalling to Riverview tomorrow to get a large prescription filled and to pick up some paperwork I need to have to help cut through some government red tape. I hope tomorrow isn't as hot as today or it will really be a challenge.

Today I went to the bread store, sub shop, a park, the bottle exchange, my parent's, my brother's, Sobey's, and the beer store. It was a great day for pedalling. I surfed the internet on and off all day. I'm off to watch some tv.

I got out pedalling a couple of times today. The air was fresh and I built up quite a lather. My foot was hurting for the last few days but is starting to feal better after taking a couple of pain killers and antiflamatory pills. I think tomorrow will be a good day to sell some empties and possibly invest in a couple of beer. I'll have to see if I get my GST cheque or not. I'm off to take a half hour nap.

Today I walked to the flea market to pick up my bike that I left there last Sunday. Then I pedalled for blood tests. After that I went on a small tour. When I got home I drank two liters of water, played on the puter, then took a nap. I'm off to watch some tv.
