It looks like another nice day in Metro Moncton. My BP is 143/97. It was 100/80 at the doctor's office yesterday. Last night I lost at Literati to Starry and then lost at crib to Jay Spook. I think he cheated when I dozed off for a few seconds. I have to get to the bread store for sure today. Maybe today's walk will be to Arnold's store. I want to get some breakfast but will wait until after I go for blood tests. Before I run I'll leave a little song behind.

It looks like it's going to be another nice day in metro Moncton. My BP is 138/81 and I hope it will look better after I take my morning pills when I visit the doctor this afternoon. I got out and walked last night. The exercise felt good but I was a bit carboned up from Monday night's binge. Yesterday Jay Spook beat me at crib and Starry Skies beat me at Literati. The dishes are finally done with the exception of the frying pan still soaking. Somebody put the wrong burner on one morning and cooked the poor frying pan. I'm going to get some breakfast.

Its a cloudy day in metro Moncton. I think it looks like it's going to rain. My BP is 135/79. I got into the beer last night and Jay Spook kicked my arse at crib with, beleive it or not, a 4-0 win. I guess miricles do happen. I have to get some breakfast then do some dishes so I can eat dinner later.

It's another nice day in metro Moncton. I just weighed in at 238 pounds and my BP is 147/81. Last night I beat Jay Spook at crib. Na na na na, na na na na, hey hey hey, good buy. I plan to do better at the flea market today as each week seams to top the previous one. I'm not making any money but, Mr. Optimist that I am, I consider it a cheap hobby. I'd better go find some breakfast.

It's a really nice day in metro Moncton and I'm in a hip hop, don't stop, jolly good mood. I went for a half hour walk earlier this morning and the fresh air was great. I just weighed in at 238 pounds and my BP is 130/84. That's not too bad for not taking my morning pills yet. Last night I DIDN'T get my ass kicked at crib for once. I sold some records last night and now have some money to take to the flea market on Sunday. I'd go get some breakfast but I already ate so I'll go do a royal download in the throne room instead.

It's still dark outside in metro Moncton. I just weighed in at 239 pounds and my BP is 136/82. Last night I loaded up the mp3 player and went for a good hike. Later I got my arse kicked by Jay Spook at crib again. I'm in a happy mood. My cupboards, fridge, and freezer are all full. I have lots of beer stashed away should I step off the wagon for a sip or two. Yesterday we made chili, chicken stirfry, and broccoli salad in cooking class. I ate 5 cups of the salad when I got home. Wowsers, was it ever good! I'm off for some breakfast. BTW....It's only 4 months til Christmas. Don't say I didn't warn you.

It looks like it's going to be a great day in metro Moncton. I just weighed in at 242 pounds and my BP is 140/84. Yesterday I pedalled for over 1 1/2 hours and got a bit of a burn. I pedal slow so as not to keel over again. Last night Starry kicked my arse at literati and Jay Spook kicked it again at crib. I'm glad I'm not going out pedalling this morning. I'm off for some breakfast. When the weather is fine, I get cornflakes on my mind.

It looks like it's going to rain here in metro Moncton. I have to pedal across town this morning for cooking class. I just weighed in at 242 pounds and my BP is 136/92.My BP is much lower after I take my 10AM pills. The reason I'm up a pound from yesterday is because I drank a heck of a lot of water yesterday from being out getting exercise twice. Last night Jay Spook won at crib again but at least this time it was close. I'm off to find some breakfast.

It's quite dark out in metro Moncton. I just weighed in at 241 pounds and my BP is 144/99. That's a bit high for me but I'm still 3 1/2 hours away from pill time, too. Last night Jay Spook kicked my arse at crib again but it was only with 2 toes. I won't say this too loud but I don't have anything in my gottadoo list for today. Wahoo, I'm off for a bike pedal in a short time. I'm going to find some breakfast.

It's a rainy day in metro Moncton. It's probably a good day for the flea market. I just weighed in at 241 pounds and my BP is 136/83. I had a nice bike pedal yesterday despite my new sunburn. I wanted to go out today but I'll pass until tomorrow. I have to get my arse moving. I'm busier than a dog with 2 willies and an acre full of fire hydrants today.

It looks like another nice day in metro Moncton. I just weighed in at 240 pounds and my BP is 140/90. Last night Jay Spook and myself went to Shediac and dined out at the famous Micky Dee's on Main St. Despite the big line up and how busy they were I was able to get us one of the best tables in the house. It was a great dining experience. I am the Crib King after my stunning victory last night. I have to go find some breakfast.

It's dark and quiet out around the old homestead. Today I weighed in at 242 pounds. I'm slowly gaining my ground back. Last night Jay Spook got lucky and kicked my arse 4 times in a row at crib. Lil fugger has a horseshoe stuck somewhere and I don't see it hanging over his door. I hope to get my order in today so I can plan for Sundy's flea market. It appears to be arriving quite slow this time. Maybe I'll have to start pedalling to California to pick it up myself from now on. Well, I'm off to get some breakfast.

It looks like a nice but chilly day in metro Moncton. Today I weighed in at 244 pounds. There's hope for me yet. Yesterday was a good day at the flea market. I sold for $22.50 and spent $28.00 not counting the cost of products. Oh well, I'm used to not being rich. Next week will be better. I think I'm going for a walk in a few minutes after I eat breakfast.

It's a chilly day in metro Moncton and I'm sitting shivering my arse off. I just weighed in at 246 pounds so I'm starting to get over this case of edema I picked up a couple of weeks ago. I layed down for naplast night around 11PM, and wonder of wonders, I'm just getting up now. That's almost a whopping 8 hours. I hope nobody killed each other in Moncton Net while i was asleep. Last night Jay Spook couldn't take the heat of a good crib match and wimped out partway through a game. The poor guy just couldn't keep up with the big dogs. I'm off for some supper.

He actually displayed a rare glimpse of great playing ability and won by a rather large margin. It's going to be hard pedalling my bike while sitting on my badly booted arse this morning. It's a lovely day in metro Moncton. Today I weighed in at 247 pounds. I'm lost here. Yesterday I drank beer and ate greasy KFC food and I lost a pound. A while back I had salad and ice water but gained weight. Something is not adding up here. Well, I'm off for a good download, a shower, breakfast, then a bike ride. The Crib King is off on tour.

It's a lovely day in the neighbourhood. Or at least it was til 5 minutes ago. My scale just told me I weigh 250 pounds. I hope that Son Of A Walmart Bitch isn't lying to me. Actually, it looks like I have a mild case of edema. I wish it was a small case of beer instead. Last night Jay Spook kicked my arse at crib again. The lucky little bugger only wins by a couple of points and always gets to count first. I think he is in cahoots with Audrey, the Pogo crib voice lady. I have to go for a bike pedal. Maybe I'll fall off my bike into the beer store. Well, just like a top hat in a movie theater, I'm off.

It's a lovely day in the neighbourhood. I just weighed in at 243 pounds but that should drop after I'm done downloading in the inspiration room. I'm partially hung over from a major sipping binge last night. I sold 97 records last night and regret parting with some of them. They're in good hands now and I never play them any more but each one seamed to hold a memory. I could almost tell a story for each one. I have to go get breakfast then do an inspiring download.

It looks like a rainy day here in downtown Taterland. I' not sure what I weigh in at but, the way I'm eating up here, I'm not sure if I wan't to know. It sure rained hard with it's thunder and lightning last night. Despite the flashing and crashing I slept great out in the tent. Duu to the fact that the beer store closes at 8 PM up home I had to brave the elements beer free last night. I'm off for some breakfast.

It's another nice looking day in sunny downtown Taterland. I'm not sure of what I weigh today but I think I gained about a pound since coming up here. Yesterday I cut Mrs. W's and Uncle Jim's front lawns. It was hot but after I was done I felt cooler for almost all the rest of the day. We had a barbeque about 7 pm last night and I got full. Had I known about it earlier I wouldn't have eaten as much yesterday afternoom. We're off to Woodstock later this morning. Hey man, like Woodstock's real groovy. Peace and love are in the air. Maybe I'll get to meet Max Yasgur and we can play a few chords to 300,000 of you f*ck*rs out there. Oops, It's not 1969 anymore. Well, I'm going out for a walk.
