My helper couldn't make it today so I had to walk in the rain to the doctor office. I found out I need a sleep apnea machine. Other than that the doctor was very impressed with me.

I played with the squirrels and blue jays in the morning. I forgot about my appointment with the pit crew and rescheduled til Wednesday.

I voted today. My weight is down to 220 pounds. I had my first beer in three days to celebrate the occasion.

It was quiet at the market again. Somehow I managed to stay awake all day. When I got home I discovered my brother bought some pizza. It was quite tasty.

It was quiet at the market. I nodded off a few times. When I got home I was bored and took a nap. I'm off to pretend I have something to do.

I did a few errands in the morning. Later I sat in the porch all day. No beer were consumed.

I'll try to start posting in my diary again. It was a nice day. I got out for a walk in the fresh air. It felt great at the time, but now my legs are stiff (except for the middle one).
